Thank you for enrolling in a cooking class with Polytech Adult Education.

Below are a few program guidelines we would like you to be familiar with:

  1. If you are not going to be able to make it to class, please call 302-697-4545 as soon as possible and let us know, so that we can make any necessary adjustments.
  2. We respect your time and therefore try to start promptly. If you are running late, please feel free to still come and work yourself into the class. We will do our best to help to you get caught up.
  3. If you are not feeling well, please let us know and we will be glad to reschedule you for another night.
  4. Please wear closed toe shoes.
  5. Please avoid wearing a sweater.
